Looking for a Registered Manager to join an established homecare franchise for their new office in the Wembley area. They currently have over 50 offices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
1. To continue building a team of carers and grow the business
2. To specialise in working with privately funded clients
3. Focus on compliance and quality within the service
4. Identify areas to grow the branch
5. Proactive approach with recruitment and retention
Registered Manager Requirements:
6. Minimum of NVQ Level 3, NVQ Level 5 would be preferable
7. Domiciliary Care experience
8. Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care would be beneficial
9. Would consider Deputies or Coordinators stepping up
10. Would consider candidates with experience in different care settings
11. Excellent communication skills
