Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Community & Influencer Manager to join our dynamic team at Britvic. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media and influencer marketing strategies, fostering meaningful connections with our online communities, and driving brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with Britvic's brand vision and objectives.
* Identify, engage, and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify our brand's reach and resonance.
* Craft compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all channels.
* Monitor and analyze social media metrics, trends, and consumer insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
* Foster and nurture strong relationships with online communities, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure Britvic remains at the forefront of the industry.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of social media initiatives.
Experience and Key Attributes
* Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage audiences effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities.

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant certifications or training in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing are highly desirable.
