Multi Trade Carpenter
Building on strong foundations, our Southampton Capital/Planned Maintenance team has secured new projects, and we’re looking for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join us. You’ll be part of an established and friendly direct trades team working within residential properties throughout Southampton, completing internal refurbishment programmes.

Role Overview
- The main trade is carpentry (kitchen fitting), as well as undertaking other minor works in plumbing and tiling (kitchens and ideally bathrooms), installing vinyl sheet flooring and tiling.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills within people’s homes, including vulnerable settings.
- Work individually and sometimes as part of a trade team whilst always working to complete targets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry
- Previous experience as a Multi Trade undertaking first and second fix installation works, preferably in the domestic setting, fitting kitchens.
- A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge.
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence.
