A recruitment company based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their sales team, specialising in the construction sector. This role focuses on winning new business, managing client relationships, and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles. It would suit someone who is target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales environment. The Role
* Generate new business through calls, referrals, and leads
* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline
* Place candidates into roles within the construction sector
* Attend client meetings and site visits (minimum 1 day per week)
* Work closely with the resourcing team
* Track activity, revenue, and forecasts
Requirements
* Experience in sales or recruitment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Organised and able to manage workload effectively
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Comfortable working to KPIs and activity targets
