The Opportunity
I’m working with a well-established organisation going through a significant period of transformation, investing heavily in how they deliver change, improve processes, and align teams across the business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working across a variety of initiatives — not just delivering projects, but helping shape how change is approached, embedded, and improved over time.
You’ll sit at the heart of transformation activity, working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure change is delivered effectively and aligned to wider business goals.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the delivery of key transformation and change initiatives across the organisation
* Leading projects and working across multiple workstreams to ensure successful outcomes
* Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, technology, and business functions
* Acting as a bridge between teams to ensure alignment and clarity around change delivery
* Supporting colleagues with best practice across project delivery, change management, and process improvement
* Identifying opportunities to improve how change is delivered across the business
* Contributing to planning and prioritisation of initiatives across different areas
What they’re looking for
* Experience working in a transformation, change, or continuous improvement role
* A background delivering projects within a complex or multi-team environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable working across different business areas
* A proactive mindset with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively
* Exposure to methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, Lean or Six Sigma (not essential)
* Someone who enjoys improving processes, not just delivering projects
