Test Analyst | Swindon | Permanent | £35,000 p.a.

Peaple Talent have partnered with a client in Swindon looking to recruit for a Manual Test Analyst.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of our client’s vision and forming part of the testing and QA function of our client across all organisational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and run comprehensive test scripts, shaped by both technical specifications and user needs, from the close of unit testing through the start of UAT.
* Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all non-functional testing is completed according to project testing requirements,
* Follow the Test and QA framework set out by our client, ensuring all activities algin with its standards.
* Confirm that all predefined conditions for starting and finishing each test phase are met.
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of every testing stage, providing clarity across the full lifecycle of solution delivery.
* Collaborate with individual workstreams to support and verify that user acceptance testing is carried out as defined in the project’s test schedule.
* Convert acceptance criteria into detailed functional and technical test cases, covering all inbound and outbound integrations.
* Work closely with the Test Manager to rank test cases and defects, and coordinate fixes with the Core team, implementation partners, and any third-party vendors.
* Oversee defect tracking, maintain control of the process, and produce clear reporting dashboards.
Key Experience Required:
* Proven background contributing to and carrying out testing activities within large, intricate programmes or project environments.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-standard outputs while meeting demanding timelines and working within set budget constraints.
* Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders and engaging effectively with business teams.
* Proficient in creating, preparing, and running manual test cases derived from user stories or defined requirements.
* Hands-on experience functioning as a test analyst, supporting multiple projects simultaneously within an organisational setting.
