The role involves responsibilities such as:
1. Managing analytical agendas, capability measurement, and compliance for testing equipment and methods, including managing the Analytical Scientist and providing development opportunities.
2. Ensuring compliance with internal specifications, managing site specification control, and leading audit programs.
3. Overseeing measurement systems analysis, calibration registers, and compliance related to critical quality measurements.
4. Managing legal and internal controls for net contents, leading audit programs.
5. Reporting and analyzing consumer complaints, capability, and PPM metrics, providing updates to Corporate Quality.
6. Maintaining site sensory standards and managing Digital Quality Records System (IQS).
7. Leading lean implementation, conducting internal and external audits, and supporting incident management.
8. Participating in investigations, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and training operational teams in Quality Management.
9. Engaging in daily meetings, supporting training programs, and ensuring ethical and legal compliance.
Key measures include reducing quality losses, successful audit outcomes, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications include experience in Food Safety/Quality, audit experience (FSCC 22000 Lead Auditor preferred), stakeholder management, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI, and Minitab.
