Opportunity for an individual looking for an exciting HR challenge. If successful, you will be a member of the Capgemini Core Services UK HR Manager Team and play an integral part in advising and engaging the business.
Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
A self-starter who is eager to learn, proactive, motivated, and collaborative, you will:
* Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives, including people management education & training.
* Be responsible for data and analytics for your business areas, carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data, including sickness absence and case management.
* Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice and innovative thinking on case management with resolution at the heart.
* Work to fully understand the business challenges, enabling you as the second tier of HR support to assist people managers in developing the right people solutions.
Your Skills And Experience
* Proven experience in an HR generalist role with a good understanding of UK employment law and a proven track record of end-to-end case management.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and successfully manage high volumes of cases and small projects while working to tight deadlines.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an inquisitive self-starter who is eager to learn, and has experience working in large complex matrix organisations with responsibility for significant size client groups.
* Articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engage with a wide network of stakeholders and manage their needs.
* Able to build trusting relationships and stakeholder management through regular engagement.
* Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues as part of one HR team.
* CIPD qualified.
Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
