Job Title: Industry Manager
Location: London - 3 days in the office per week
Duration: 2nd June 2025 - 30th June 2026
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop understanding of the client's businesses to formulate strategic account plans that drive growth and success.
2. Build deep and broad relationships with stakeholders at clients and their media and creative agencies.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions and manage business plans to drive revenue growth.
4. Work with experts across the business to develop and deliver creative advertising solutions.
5. Collaborate with the LCS team to pitch, plan, and implement client's Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
Top Hard Skills:
* Understand client objectives and develop Google solutions to support them and drive Google’s business forward.
* Build effective relationships across various organizational levels and with wider partners, especially senior stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Experience in marketing, retail, or a digital pure-play business.
* Experience managing digital media, advertising budgets, and campaigns.
* Experience supporting or achieving complex commercial goals.
* Media planning experience, ideally AV planning and performance experience.
* Knowledge of products across Search, Display, and YouTube.
* Ability to navigate complex organizations and stakeholders to achieve results collaboratively.
Soft Skills:
* Strong stakeholder management and strategic relationship-building skills.
* Problem-solving abilities, stakeholder navigation, cross-collaboration, influencing senior stakeholders, presentation skills, data analytics, and self-motivation.
