Personal Assistant needed for female in Bristol.
This person has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy with a learning disability. This person requires support Monday to Friday to ensure that her assessed need are met:
* Access the community
* Promote her independence
* Allow for her to build and maintain relationships
* Engage in activities
* Manage and maintain her nutrition
* Ensure her home is maintained and safe for her to access at all times.
This person requires support with her mobility at these times, and needs a PA to be with her at all times.
Hours required
16 hours per week - 4 sessions per week.
10am - 3pm or 11am - 4pm.
Hourly rate
£17.15 for self-employed PA
£13 for employed PA
