Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Write effective, compelling project briefs and brief internal teams.
* Develop timelines, project proposals and run projects.
* Create concise, well‑presented proposals.
* Ensure schedules are adhered to and project documentation is complete.
* Maintain close management of all aspects of projects and escalates issues as needed.
* Work with team to plan wider resources effectively.
* Understand and sell agency services (Production, Guest Management/Logistics, Creative (2D/3D), Digital, Creative Production).
* Deliver onsite management ensuring projects reflect briefs and meet objectives.
* Support pitches, collaborating with other disciplines and partners to create brave, inspiring proposals with rigorous delivery plans, budgets, schedule.
* Liaise with in‑house legal team and client as needed.
* Work with internal HSSE Lead to ensure all production aspects meet HSSE standards and guidelines.
* Adhere to Imagination and ISO processes.
* Travel internationally regularly for extended periods.
Financial / Commercial Management
* Demonstrate financial responsibility through effective proposal costing, budget development, and timely reconciliation.
* Apply commercial skills such as revenue maximisation and cost management.
* Assess project spend to maximise value and ROI for clients.
* Track revenue/time spend against a project to ensure stays on track and does not exceed allocated budget.
Market Knowledge
* Understand clients, competitors, market, suppliers, products and strategy.
* Background in luxury automotive is advantageous.
Leadership & Mentoring
* Delegate to, manage and oversee team.
* Mentor and develop junior team members.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Solid experience delivering projects within events or brand experience in agency environment, with knowledge of luxury brands or high net worth clients.
* Strong interpersonal, presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills.
* Hands‑on, proactive approach to managing projects, anticipating needs and challenges.
* Knowledge of key agency disciplines (Creative 2D & 3D, Digital, Logistics/Guest Management, Creative Production and Production), confident navigating a combined budget.
* Skilled at identifying potential issues before they arise, developing contingency plans.
* Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
* Experience managing budgets in excess of £1m.
* People management experience.
* Capable of devising and implementing revenue‑generating ideas.
* Delegate to, manage and oversee a large diverse project team.
* Mentor and develop junior team members.
