About the Role As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of Yamaha on the shop floor. You will guide customers through our range of instruments and music technology, offering expert advice, demonstrations, and outstanding service. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring every visitor has an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and engaging customer service to musicians of all levels Demonstrate Yamaha instruments and products confidently and professionally Support customers in choosing the right instruments and accessories to suit their needs Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain showroom standards, ensuring displays are tidy, inviting, and up to date Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and product setup on the shop floor Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends Process transactions accurately using the store’s POS systems Support store events, product launches, and demonstrations Collaborate positively with colleagues across all departments About You We’re looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and genuine excitement for helping people make music. Ideally, you will have: Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience (preferably within music or a specialist sector) Strong product knowledge of Yamaha or a willingness to learn quickly Confident communication and a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work towards sales goals and thrive in a dynamic retail environment A proactive attitude with great problem-solving skills Basic IT literacy and comfort using retail systems A love for music and a desire to share it with others Why Work With Us?
