Job Summary
We are seeking a Tax Assistant Manager in London to manage compliance and advisory projects for media and creative sector clients. This role involves supervising junior team members, delivering technical advice, and supporting business development within a collaborative and growing team.
You will work on Film & TV tax relief claims, structuring productions for optimal tax outcomes, and providing guidance on non-creative tax matters such as employee incentives, capital raising, and international tax.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and review junior team members’ work
* Deliver creative sector tax compliance and advisory services
* Advise clients on creative tax reliefs, restructuring, and relevant non-creative taxes
* Conduct technical research and prepare clear, accurate client advice
* Support business development activities including proposals and insight publications
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to high-quality standards
About You
* CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
* Experience with Film/TV tax relief claims and creative industry clients
* Strong technical knowledge across UK taxes
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Able to manage multiple projects and supervise junior staff
* Collaborative, proactive, and organised
