Join Our Team as a People Administrator!

We are seeking a People Administrator to join our team for up to 12 months. In this role, you will provide efficient administrative support across the People Team, acting as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
About the RSC People Team
The RSC People Team is dedicated to offering expert advice on all people-related matters. Our specialists focus on various HR areas, all aimed at supporting the RSC's strategic goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for People-related queries, providing advice and guidance.
* Support the onboarding of new colleagues, ensuring a welcoming experience from day one.
* Manage pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Prepare and issue employment documents (e.g., contracts, probation letters) using our recruitment system (eArcu).
* Accurately input and monitor data in the HR & Payroll system (iTrent).

Working Conditions
This position is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with the option for some remote work. It’s a full-time, fixed-term contract, requiring 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be necessary to fulfill your responsibilities, and we’re open to discussing flexibility and hybrid working arrangements.
