Role Overview
As part of a small and dedicated office team, the Sales/Purchase Ledger Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and be confident in managing key financial tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, and order acknowledgments
* Creating delivery notes and receipting goods into stock
* Managing the monthly payment run
* Liaising with transport providers, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth transactions
* Ensuring accurate data entry and financial record-keeping
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential)
* Experience with computerised accounting systems
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* High levels of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
