Job Description - FLT Driver
Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse
Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday 08:30 till 16:30 or 09:00 till 17:00 options to move onto shift pattern work in future.
Pay: 13.70 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FLT Clamp Driver to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves safely and efficiently unloading and loading trailers across multiple customer contracts, as well as picking stock both using MHE and manually.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Clamp Counterbalance trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
* Load and unload trailers for multiple customer contracts.
* Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
* Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
* Follow all site health & safety rules and company procedures.
* Work flexibly to meet varying start and finish times.
Requirements:
* Valid FLT Clamp licence (in-date and accredited).
* Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 2 years
* Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
* Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
* Good team player with a proactive attitude.
