Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Hybrid – 2 days remote
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our client's team, in a leading real estate company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end tenancy administration process, including referencing, drafting tenancy agreements, and compliance checks.
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with tenancy details and documentation.
* Coordinate property marketing materials and ensure listings are up to date.
* Support the lettings team with diary management, viewings coordination, and general administrative tasks.
* Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a lettings or property administration role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
