Job Description
Duties of the Recruitment Office Manager
3. Providing comprehensive support to senior management, including diary management and meeting coordination.
4. Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
5. Supporting with monthly stats and figures reporting
6. Producing high-quality documents, reports and presentations as required.
7. Coordinating travel arrangements
8. Being a point of contact for clients and team members.
9. Organising and facilitating internal and external meetings.
10. Ensuring all invoicing is accurate and paid
11. Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes within the business.
12. Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Office Manager should have:
13. Previous experience working within a recruitment environment
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
15. Strong organisational and time management skills.
16. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
17. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
18. The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
