Are you an experienced Panel Wireman looking for a stable role with a well-established manufacturer of electrical control panels and switchgear? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business that supplies to some of the UK’s leading industrial and commercial contractors.
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team with a great mix of experienced engineers and apprentices. They are looking to add Panel Wiremen who can hit the ground running.
The Role
*
Building and wiring electrical control panels and switchgear in the workshop
*
Working from detailed electrical drawings and schematics
*
Assembling and installing components (breakers, relays, terminals, etc.)
*
Crimping, terminating, testing, and fault-finding where required
*
Ensuring work is carried out to high safety and quality standards
*
Occasional opportunities to support with installation/commissioning on site
What They’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in panel wiring or electrical assembly
*
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
*
Strong wiring, crimping, and terminating skills
*
A team player with good attention to detail
*
Someone who takes pride in their work and delivers consistently high standards
