Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Our highly motivated and talented Pathology team will really appreciate the high quality support you provide. As a Medical Laboratory Assistant at our Oxford Hospital, you’ll show a commitment to excellent customer service. In addition to your technical skills in pathology, you also understand how to use laboratory information systems. Phlebotomy experience is ideal but not essential, as we offer training in this area.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to our talented Pathology team.
* Be responsible for specimen administration.
* Manage enquiry handling.
* Prioritise a busy workload.
* Keep calm under pressure and remain professional.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with:
* Keen eye for detail and previous experience in a pathology or healthcare environment.
* Strong numeracy, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
* Phlebotomy experience is ideal but not essential; training is provided.
