We are looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Bedworth. As a Transport Coordinator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
SHIFT PATTERN & LOCATION
We’re recruiting a Transport Coordinator at our Bedworth site on a:
* 4 on 4 off shift pattern (40.25)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Act as the first point of contact for drivers, managing briefs, debriefs, and resolving queries effectively.
* Ensure legal O-licence compliance and deliver operational excellence across cost, service, and peak planning.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving and escalating live operational issues where required.
* Monitor route performance, ensuring timely delivery, processing supplier queries and escalating issues to the Team Manager when appropriate.
* Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, including payroll, holidays, Kronos exceptions, and scheduling.
* Support admin and export, ensuring export compliance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Experience of administration in a busy transport environment.
* Experience of working with Microsoft word and excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
