This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. You’ll help pupils develop confidence, independence, and essential learning skills in a nurturing and structured environment. Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils develop social, emotional, and academic skills. Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom and outdoor activities. Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. Support off-site educational visits and experiential learning opportunities.
