We’re partnering with a high-growth social commerce business that specialises in driving revenue through TikTok Shop.vWorking with some of the fastest-scaling beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU, LIVE commerce sits at the heart of their growth strategy. Presenters are central to performance - converting traffic into measurable sales.
This is a commercially driven LIVE role with real accountability and impact.
This is not a “go live and chat” position.
We’re looking for confident, commercially sharp TikTok LIVE Presenters who understand how to drive conversion, create urgency and adapt in real time based on performance. You’ll be hosting high-frequency LIVE sessions, representing established e-commerce brands and directly influencing GMV.
LIVE Presentation & Selling
* Host TikTok Shop LIVE sessions for leading e-commerce brands
* Demonstrate and sell products naturally and persuasively
* Drive engagement, urgency and conversion throughout broadcasts
* Follow structured live trading plans (product sequencing, bundles, offers)
* Adapt tone, pacing and messaging based on performance data
* Understand what’s selling and why
* React in real time to stock levels, conversion trends and audience behaviour
* Prioritise hero products and promotional mechanics strategically
* Take direction from LIVE operations and strategy teams during broadcast.
Preparation & Professionalism
* Arrive fully prepared for each LIVE session
* Understand brand tone, key messaging and product USPs
* Represent brands confidently and professionally
* Collaborate closely with production, operations and strategy teams
Performance & Optimisation
* Take feedback onboard to continuously improve results
* Understand core LIVE metrics (GMV, conversion rate, AOV)
* Aim to improve performance session by session
What We’re Looking For
* Confident and engaging on camera
* Strong communication and natural selling ability
* Comfortable hosting LIVE for extended periods
* Commercially minded and performance-driven
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Experience presenting on TikTok LIVE or similar platforms
* Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG
* Retail, sales or live broadcasting experience
