Job Role:Service Coordinator
Salary:£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Metalis are currently working with a leading machinery manufacturer who are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Job Duties:
* Manage and coordinate service breakdowns and maintenance requests
* Assess urgency and prioritise jobs accordingly
* Schedule and coordinate service technicians and external contractors
* Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service updates and job progress
* Maintain accurate records of jobs, service reports and customer information
* Handle general administrative duties related to service coordination
Job Requirements:
* Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (preferred)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident using office systems, scheduling tools and email
Salary & Shift:
* £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
