This role will improve the performance of the Production department providing supervision and support. Key features will include managing the company health and safety policy, personnel management, learning and development as well as the day to day management of production and staff. Essential Criteria: Candidates must demonstrate on their CV they have the following; 4 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. 1+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to prioritise and meet targets. Experience in training & developing team members Experience in following disciplinary processes Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Flexibility to meet the needs of the business Proficient in all Microsoft packages Salary up to £38,000pa - £45,000 + benefits.
