I’m exclusively partnering with Monster Energy on a senior Engineering Manager role supporting Western Europe – a highly visible position within their EMEA operations network.
This role sits at the sharp end of production, packaging and supplier performance. You’ll be hands‑on across plant start‑ups, line trials and OEM relationships, travelling extensively across EMEA (circa 70%) to ensure Monster’s packaging and engineering standards are executed flawlessly at scale.
It’s a role for someone who enjoys being on the ground, influencing partners, solving real manufacturing challenges and setting standards rather than inheriting them.
