As a Key Account Manager based in Scotland youll be responsible for:
* Attending offsite customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products
* Maintain strong communication with branch managers, keeping them involved in the sales process
* To generate new business through cold outreach and lead generation, which will contribute to year on year sales growth
* To update Salesforce regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and recorded
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am 5.00-pm. This role is remote and you will be expected to travel regularly in North Scotland.

* Previous account management experience in the industry
* To be able to manage complex issues, deliver results and work well with a wider team
* Experience in building a sales territory plan
* Solid knowledge in the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry
