Join Our Team as an Administrator
The Admin Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operations of site‑based activities. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, workforce scheduling, procurement support, and logistical planning. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident using systems such as Microsoft, Time gate, Salesforce and SAP.
About the Role

* ID Gateway
* Procurement Support: Raise and manage site‑related purchase orders using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
* Data Entry & Administration: Perform general administrative tasks including data input, document management, and reporting as required.
* Rostering: Create, update, and amend staff rosters in line with operational requirements, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with working time regulations.
* Chauffeur Journey Planning: Coordinate and plan landside chauffeur journeys, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication with relevant stakeholders.
* Communication & Coordination: Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any administrative issues promptly.

What we are looking for
Essential
* Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
* Experience in using Salesforce, Time gate and SAP (or similar systems).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Desirable
* Experience in a high‑end market service environment
* SIA Licence
* Knowledge of Airside roads and its surrounding areas
