Administrative Specialist

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to grow with us from the ground up. This is a full-time hybrid role—based in London, with flexibility for remote working throughout the week.

What You'll Do:
Support day-to-day administrative operations across our education and cultural projects
Coordinate calendars, book meetings, and manage internal communications
Maintain project documentation, digital files, and internal records
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed
Assist with finance admin, expense tracking, and HR processes
Liaise with external partners, funders, and collaborators
Contribute to event planning and logistics coordination
Take initiative in improving internal systems and workflows
What You Bring:
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
A positive, flexible mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and file management systems
Previous admin experience (start-up, charity, or education sector a plus)
An interest in education, creativity, or social impact
Confidence working independently as well as part of a small, agile team
