Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inclusive science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Participate fully in the school’s ECT programme and ongoing training.
* Inspire students through practical learning and scientific enquiry.
* Track and assess student progress, providing effective feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues in planning, assessment, and resource sharing.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through events and enrichment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025 (essential).
* Degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Science).
* No prior teaching experience required—just passion, resilience, and a desire to learn.
* Strong classroom presence and communication skills.
