We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes on a 6-month contract. As a UX Design contractor, you will own the end-to-end design process from discovery through to design delivery in shaping our new contact centre platform.
Working alongside a delivery manager, business analysts and development teams, you'll utilise design framework to deliver solutions based around product and user led iterative design. You'll leverage your expertise to balance business goals and technical constraints but most importantly, champion the user and their needs.
A big part of this role will be to recommend, customise and document an internal design system (based on existing libraries) in collaboration with our other UX designers.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement with one or two days per week in our Milton Keynes office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours - presenting findings into problem statements that inform design hypothesis leading to a design brief.
