Bannockburn Primary School are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Officer to join our team. This post is a permanent post.

The successful candidate will be fully involved in the life and work of the school, providing invaluable support and contributing to the high quality care and education of our children and families.

Applications are welcomed from enthusiastic and committed individuals with experience of working with families and children of different ages and abilities. You will work within an enthusiastic and hard working team to support children with their learning opportunities that are part of a high quality and child centred education.

The successful candidate will be reliable, patient and an innovative practitioner who is able to work well with others. In addition they will have good communication and organisational skills, a positive and solution focussed attitude, and show a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.

1. 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service) Pro-rated for part time roles.
2. Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements where the role allows. We have a good balance across our teams, retaining the benefits to work/life balance of working from home part of the week, with the collaborative and social benefits of working from the office 2-3 days per week
3. Biennial incremental progression until top of your payscale is reached
