Day Shifts: 12-hour shifts | 08:00–20:00

Are you passionate about helping others live life to the fullest? Libertatem is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to support a wonderful client in Bradford-on-Avon. You’ll help with daily routines, encourage independence, and provide companionship. Our client loves music, walking, and trips to the beach—so you’ll be creating meaningful, enjoyable experiences every day!
What You’ll Do
* Support daily routines and personal care
* Encourage independence and skill-building
* Offer emotional support and companionship
* Keep clear care records and share updates with the team
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships
* Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
* Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
