Job Requirements
What you’ll do
* Partner with hiring managers to understand what skills, perspectives and experiences we need as we grow across all studio entities.
* Run thoughtful, inclusive end‑to‑end recruitment processes and act as the face of ustwo for candidates and new joiners using hibob hiring.
* Work closely with trusted external recruitment partners where needed.
* Build market maps and proactive hiring campaigns for regularly hired roles, including headhunting where appropriate.
* Experience recruiting in digital product, design or creative environments is a big plus.

* Get to know our people deeply, their skills, interests, aspirations and development goals, and thoughtfully match them to projects that challenge and inspire them.
* Take a studio‑level view of casting to balance individual growth with excellent client delivery.
* Proactively track resourcing needs and upcoming projects so we’re always prepared.
* Collaborate with discipline leads and project teams to resolve resourcing challenges early and creatively, including cross‑studio collaboration.
* Build and maintain a strong freelance and supplier network, including hiring, interviewing and rate negotiation.
Growth & future planning
* Support our global studios as they take on increasingly ambitious work.
* Play a key role in exploring new growth opportunities, including our potential LATAM presence, helping to shape recruitment approaches and operational considerations.
* Continuously look for ways to improve how we resource and cast work, learning from other studios and industries and bringing fresh ideas into ustwo.

* Experience running end‑to‑end recruitment processes, either in‑house or within an agency.
* Confidence managing resourcing for multi‑disciplinary teams (a bonus, not a must).
* Familiarity with tools like HiBob, Kimble and Excel (helpful but not essential).
* A proactive, organised approach and the ability to stay a step ahead.
* An understanding of, or curiosity about, creative, design or digital product studios.
You’ll be
* Deeply people‑centred, with a genuine interest in how teams work best together.
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and asking the right questions.
* A natural connector, joining the dots across projects, studios and disciplines.
* Someone who spots gaps early and helps teams plan calmly and effectively.

* You care about and understand the importance of learning together.

* You’ll use the freedom of this role to never stop learning, and take initiative to change and improve things.
* You’ll bring energy, passion and optimism to your role and will ensure that you and those around you enjoy the journey.
