Doncaster Rovers are currently recruiting for an exceptional and significantly experienced candidate to strive within the role of talent identification manager at the club.
Reporting to the head of football operations, the successful candidate strategically identify senior players, whilst continuing to grow our positive reputation for player development and seek innovative ways to identify players capable of reaching their full potential within the Doncaster Rovers playing philosophy.
The role will need to deliver and implement the strategic plan for the senior team and work closely with the football staff to deliver on planned agreed player targets, as well as oppositional awareness.
The post’s objectives are to drive the vision of recruitment of senior players, ensuring that untapped trends, contacts, and early player identification is unrivaled.
We are looking for a committed recruitment professional, who will focus specifically on the development of the department through strategic planning, operational management, and a strong working relationship with the performance analysis department to enhance the information available to the management team.
The successful candidate will already be established within a similar role, and able to clearly evidence their working knowledge of national & international leagues.
