Our clients, a well-respected independent estate agency, are seeking a Viewing Representative for their busy office. And are offering full training and the opportunity to work with their close-knit team based in Faringdon.

Working Days:
As a Viewing Representative, you will be required to work 8.45am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am – 4.00pm with a lieu day
The successful Viewing Representative will be offered:
1. A salary of £20,000 + commission

Viewing Representative requirements:
4. A Lettings, Sales or Retail Background and be a Team Player
5. An interest in property and the Property Industry
6. Excellent customer service skills
7. An outgoing personality and the ability to communicate at all levels
8. A Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
As a Viewing Representative, your role will involve:
9. Attending viewings
10. Preparing properties for marketing, including photography
11. Matching applicants requirements & arranging viewings
