Responsibilities
1. Partner with business and product teams to document current business processes and challenges, and design future processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
2. Arrange and run workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into high-level user stories.
3. Maintain stakeholder expectations and address issues bymunicating with Project Managers as necessary.
4. Consult senior stakeholders through effectivemunication and efficient, quality project execution.
5. Follow established business processes, protocols, and quality standards in the development and deployment ofplex solutions.
6. Perform analysis on existing systems to ensure efficient integration and operation of current and future systems.
7. Identify potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability.
8. Collaborate in hybrid global teams, working across disparate development teams, technology, business, product, and customers to ensure requirements are met.
Essential Skills
9. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
10. Experience in Order to Cash implementation or migration programmes.
11. Broad understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, and tools.
12. Broad understanding of data migration from one platform to another.
13. Ability to facilitate small to medium-sized workshops.
14. Excellentmunication skills for effective dialogue across all organizational levels, including process documentation.
15. Experience working in an agile environment using recognized development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
16. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Slack, MS Office, and Teams.
17. Experience using analytics data to build research strategies and derive qualitative insights.
