We are seeking a dedicated professional for an ongoing contract expected to last for a minimum of one year, but is likely to be an open ended longterm contract for the right candidate. The Opportunity: This is a stable, long-term contract focused on carrying out crucial asbestos surveys within residential properties. You will be operating primarily across the suburbs of Birmingham, providing essential safety information for a key housing client. Key Responsibilities: Conducting management surveys with Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) elements on social housing properties. Surveying communal areas associated with residential blocks.
