We’re working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency supporting a mix of B2B and B2C clients.
They combine the agility of a small team with the delivery capability of a much larger one, partnering with businesses across the UK. Off the back of continued growth, they’re now looking to bring in a Account Manager to join their high-performing, client services team.
The setup is hybrid, with one day a week in their Watford office, alongside a collaborative, supportive culture, strong senior leadership, and clear progression opportunities as the team continues to scale.
The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who enjoys owning client relationships, keeping projects moving, and making sure work lands to a high standard.
You’ll act as the central point of contact for clients, managing multiple projects at once and coordinating delivery across PPC, paid social, SEO, content, and design.
While a working understanding of performance channels is helpful, the core of this role is client communication, organisation, and making sure nothing slips.
The Role
As their Account Manager, you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your client portfolio, building strong relationships and becoming a reliable point of contact day to day.
Internally, you’ll coordinate with specialists across PPC, SEO, content and design, ensuring timelines are clear and delivery stays on track. You’ll support reporting, contribute to campaign planning, and help refine processes as the agency grows.
There’s also scope to get involved in proposals, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and provide light-touch marketing support where needed.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and who brings a calm, organised approach to client services.
You might come from an agency background, or be working in-house in a role where you’ve had to juggle multiple projects or stakeholders, but you’ll need to clearly demonstrate experience managing competing priorities.
A working understanding of channels like PPC, paid social and SEO is important, and experience with organic social or design would be a strong bonus.
You’ll be a clear communicator, comfortable leading conversations with clients, and naturally proactive when it comes to spotting opportunities or solving problems.
