Finance Manager

Responsibilities
* Full ownership of monthly management accounts, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and weekly cash flow reporting
* Cost accounting across materials, labour and overheads – maintaining costing models, analysing margins and identifying savings across manufacturing operations
* Overseeing inventory accounting, stock valuation, reconciliation and internal controls
* Act as a true business partner to production, procurement and operations – supporting pricing decisions, CapEx appraisals and commercial strategy
* Drive process improvement and reporting automation as the finance function grows
Qualifications
* Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with solid experience in a manufacturing or product‑led environment highly desirable
* Strong technical grounding in cost accounting, stock management and management reporting
* Commercially minded and hands‑on – someone who wants to understand how the business works, not just report on it
* Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial setting
* Collaborative, personable and comfortable in a non‑corporate culture where pragmatism and common sense are valued
* Good sense of humour is a must
