Reporting to the Social Value & Customer Experience Manager, this Resident Liaison Officerposition will deliver a first-class customer experiencefor our tenants before, during and post improvement works.
We are looking for a pro-active and engaging individual who has exceptional communication skills and customer service experience. You will have good administration skills, comfortable in the use of Microsoft Office, and ideally with some experience of CRM systems.
You will be?an experienced Resident Liaison Officerwith knowledge of Site Administration, an awareness of Health & Safety in occupied homes along with knowledge of the refurbishment process.
