They will co-ordinate, develop and provide guidance to ensure consistency and good practice in recruitment and selection across the organisation, provide advice to Directors, Assistant Directors, managers and employees on human resource policies, procedures and terms and conditions of service and will act as the focal point on recruitment and selection issues including ensuring that the recruitment and selection policy is in accordance with good practice and legal constraints. Advising on advertising, job analysis, the preparation of person specifications and design of appropriate selection techniques to suit specific vacancies.
