We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a successful global organisation based in Maidenhead.\n\nWorking Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays), this role will support the UK sales team and play a key part in delivering excellent customer service, efficient order processing and smooth office operations.\n\nSalary £24,000 – £25,000 per annum, fully office based.\n\nDuties include:\n\n * Processing customer orders (standard and spare parts) in line with company procedures\n\n * Sending PODs and ETAs to customers and maintaining backlog updates\n\n * Providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues promptly\n\n * Supporting the sales team with quotes, reports and general administrative tasks\n\n * Meeting and greeting customers attending training (1–2 times per week)\n\n * Managing office supplies and supporting wider operational admin tasks\n\nSkills and experience required:\n\n * Previous administrative experience, ideally within a sales support or order processing role\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail\n\n * IT literate, with good working knowledge of MS Office\n\n * A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach
