We are seeking an exceptional Head Banqueting Chef to lead the banqueting and events kitchen of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in North London. This is a high-profile role overseeing large-scale, high-end events including weddings, galas, corporate functions and VIP private dining.

The Role
As Head Banqueting Chef, you will:
* Lead, inspire and develop a large banqueting kitchen brigade
* Plan and execute high-volume events ranging from intimate VIP dinners to 500+ covers
* Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to create seasonal, innovative menus
* Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event
* Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and compliance
* Drive creativity and continuously elevate the banqueting offering
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is currently a Head Banqueting Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or premium events venue
* Has strong experience delivering large-scale, high-end banqueting and events
* Is a natural leader who can motivate and develop teams
