We are delighted to be recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner to join a beautiful, welcoming nursery set in a quaint area of Chelmsford, with a strong community feel and a calm, nurturing environment for both children and staff.
About the Role
* Working with children in a warm, engaging, and supportive nursery setting
* Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Being part of a friendly, close-knit team that genuinely supports one another
About You
* Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) preferred
* Level 2 Childcare candidates are very welcome to apply – full support and training provided
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* A genuine passion for early years and child development
* Reliable, professional, and a great team player
