Responsibilities
* Be part of the Residential Provision supporting the 1095 students who reside on the Hartpury Campus.
* During the academic year you will be responsible for cleaning the communal areas in the student's hall of residence as well as bedrooms & bathrooms for our students who are aged under 18. Duties within the communal areas/kitchens will include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning surfaces, emptying kitchen bins, cleaning kitchen appliances, and cleaning glass & low-level windows. Duties within the student bedrooms will include dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning (toilets, showers, sinks, tiles).
* During the summer months you will work as part of a team: undertake deep cleaning of the student accommodation; support the cleaning of rooms for guests who reside on campus, including housekeeping duties such as bed making; support the Residential provision to ensure that students' bedrooms are prepared in advance of September arrivals, including moving bedroom furnishings and mattresses.
* Occasional weekend work may be required at peak periods; reasonable notice will be provided and time in lieu granted.
* Working schedule: Monday 9:30am-14:30, Tuesday 8:30am-14:30, Wednesday 8:30am-14:30, Thursday 8:30am-14:30, Friday 9:30am-14:30.

* You will have the ability to work both individually and as part of a team whilst showing initiative.
* You will be able to follow instructions from the Residential Cleaning Team Supervisor.
* You will have excellent time management skills.
* You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Ideally, you will have previous experience of working within a cleaning role, but this is not essential as full training is provided.
