Due to continued growth within our Renfrewshire practices, we are seeking to recruit Salaried General Practitioners to join our established and supportive teams. We are currently recruiting up to 2 WTE salaried GP posts, with flexible working options available across our Johnstone and Erskine sites.
The Role
The successful post-holder(s) will:
1. Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services
2. Work collaboratively within a large, well-developed multidisciplinary team
3. Hold clinical responsibility for site
4. Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), including support for home visiting activity where clinically appropriate
5. Participate in shared Docman workflow and practice systems
6. Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in responding to changing service demands and clinical priorities
7. Have the opportunity to develop specialist interests, aligned with service needs and personal development goals
Multidisciplinary Team Support
You will be supported by an extensive and expanding MDT, including:
8. GPs
9. Advanced Nurse Practitioners
10. Paramedics
11. Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
12. MSK Practitioner
13. Primary Care Mental Health Nurse
14. Pharmacotherapy Team
15. Dedicated Administrative Team and Office Supervisor

Person Specification
Essential:
21. Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
22. Inclusion on the Scottish GP Performers List (or eligibility)
23. Commitment to high-quality clinical care and governance
24. Team-focused, flexible approach with willingness to take on shared responsibility
