This role focuses on turning initiatives into clear execution plans, monitoring progress, and preparing high-quality reports and presentations for regional management.
The position suits candidates who are detail-oriented, data-savvy, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in e‑commerce/CRM operations and planning.
What we need for this role:
* 2–3 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data analysis, ideally within an digital marketing business environment.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for report generation, data visualization, and presentation creation.
* High attention to detail with the ability to organize data and translate insights into clear, structured reports.
* Basic understanding of performance metrics and KPIs with the ability to track and summarize results effectively.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey findings in a simple, actionable way.
* Proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve reporting processes or tools.
