Join the RSC as Our New Receptionist!

We are excited to invite a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working afternoons at our vibrant reception located at 39 Waterside. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the Royal Shakespeare Company, providing top-notch service to visitors and staff alike.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact at 39 Waterside Reception, and occasionally at the RST Stage Door as scheduled.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, actively promoting the Royal Shakespeare Company brand.
* Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Play a vital role in our evacuation strategy, collaborating with the Person in Charge and Fire Wardens.
* Support the Building Access Policy by administering staff passes and managing the door access system alongside the Stage Door team.

* The ability to convey information effectively over radio during emergency situations.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon, with working hours of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 1 PM to 6 PM.
