We are working with a well-regarded, inclusive primary school in the Scarborough area that is committed to helping every learner thrive. The school promotes a calm and purposeful learning environment, where pupils are supported to develop confidence and independence.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to support pupils within the early years setting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a lasting impact during a crucial stage of development.
The successful candidate will bring creativity, flexibility, and a nurturing approach. While experience is beneficial, a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills are equally valued.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
2. Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
3. Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
4. Encouraging independence, engagement, and early social skills
5. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
